Actors, playwrights, composers, lyricists, librettists, directors, producers, and designers who are/were represented on Broadway, Off Broadway, and Off-Off Broadway in productions opening between May 2001 and April 2002 are eligible to receive a nomination for a Drama Desk Award, which recognizes their outstanding artistic contribution during the 2001-2002 season.
